I am enjoying your Library Blog. I enjoyed reading some of the stories found on the site.

So you would like to make your own website. First get your parents’ permission. Then go to http://wordpress.com and follow their instructions. You will need to give yourself a screen name and a password. Check with me at school and I can help you more. Jawaun wants to start one too.

Hey Mrs.Green. This is Kaliyah. I am not from Battery Park. I am from Chavis. I am in Mrs. Pressley’s homeroom in fifth grade. I love to hear you read, it is very good. I also like your books, they are very funny. I wish you were my library teacher at Chavis. I also like this reading log website because it is good for younger children. Me and my 2 little borthers like to read your books. My baby brother likes the DR.Suess books, he even laughs and he is 3 months. My 7yrs old brother you might know him Keyon Wilson from Mrs. Gaster’s class, well he likes the Tomie dePaola books they makes him laugh. As for me I like all of them because some of them are good for little children.

Thank you for your kind words. I enjoyed writing this blog while I was working as a school librarian. I am now retired so it is harder to find time to write on this blog since it was intended to be a place to interact with students about the books I was reading to them. I miss the students and the books a lot.
BTW, I grew up in Indiana.
